A 250sqm Victorian building with a 50sqm courtyard on a corner plot; located equidistant between Queens Road Peckham and Peckham Rye Stations. A hot food take-away had operated over the ground and basement floors, with residential accommodation over the first and second floors.

Planning consent has already been granted to rationalise the use-class throughout the building to C3 residential. Work is now in progress to increase massing, and to elevate the building architecturally. Emphasis is being placed on improving the thermal performance and environmental credentials of the property, to provide accommodation that is not only aesthetically considered but also comfortable.
